Angela is a certified personal trainer and run coach, specializing in running injury rehab and prehab. As a runner herself, she understands the demands that come from intense marathon training and knows just how to incorporate strength and mobility work to keep runners thriving.
Angela is from Boston and since she was young, had a goal to run the iconic marathon she grew up cheering at every year. Angela studied graphic design in college, but as a younger runner was frequently injured. She began studying the body to learn how to heal herself and get out of the injury cycle. Angela put her knowledge into practice, and has since run over 20 injury-free marathons and ultramarathons, including Boston multiple times. Angela was lucky enough to turn this passion into a career and has helped runners overcome injury to succeed in races from the 5k all the way up to 100 mile ultras.
